Max 42 teams in Open Division – BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QB, NB, NS, and PEI will have three (3) spots reserved for each province. NFLD, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut. will have one (1) each.
Max 12 teams in Women’s Division – BC, SK, MB, NB, NS, and PEI will have one (1) spot reserved for the provincial winner as these are the provinces with a Women’s playdown this season.
These reservations will be held until October 15, 2019. After that time all unused reserved spots will be moved to the Open or Women’s Division.

Teams should arrive April 5 and could leave April 10 or other dates if they wish to stay and tour or visit.. The draw will have round-robin games on 6th, 7th, 8th and playoffs on the 9th.
The tentative overall plans include 60 Open division teams and 12 Womens Division teams, two curling clubs with 6 sheets each for our use. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
are used for the round robin games plus breaking ties and Thursday is used for the playoffs. Opening ceremonies and closing ceremonies plus the social will be held at the Highland and the banquet will be held at the Callie Curling Club. We will have a three rock practice for each player before the draws with 6 draws at each of the twelve sheets per the first two days and 6 draws at the highland on the third day plus the breaking of ties as needed. All the playoff games will be played at the Highland. The playoffs would be 10 games for the Open and 4 games for the Women followed by the Closing Ceremonies.
